As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified professional coach, Reggie is experienced in coaching individuals and groups through change management, growth challenges, cultural awareness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Because the global market is rapidly changing the competitive landscape, Reggie is also working with sales teams with an emphasis on a sales mindset and sales enablement. Since coaching veterans transitioning from the military culture to the civilian workforce has become a growing need, as a retired military officer, he is uniquely qualified to coach veterans in leadership positions to comfortably find their footing in the corporate environment.
