About Reginald Bullock

As a leader, Reginald Bullock has acquired a proven track record of success as a highly effective, results- oriented professional who possesses the strategies, insights, and experiences needed to enact positive change within entire organizations and multi-billion-dollar programs. Coaching top-tier leaders and teams, his impact on the top and bottom line is about innovation and growth with a dose of reality.

Reggie has over twenty years of executive leadership experience, including leading large teams in complex organizations, solving organization-wide problems, and implementing large-scale initiatives. His extensive experience in strategic intelligence and training arenas is sought after by many government and industry leaders, business development and sales professionals, and management consultants.

Reginald’s strengths are in team building, facilitating, leadership development, and coaching individuals to become the best version of themselves. His approach is dynamic and exploratory, with an understanding that winning is all about the hustle. He enables individuals to capitalize on their talents while helping them to achieve self-esteem, self-discipline, self-awareness, and increased confidence.

One of his most influential roles was as the Commander of an F-16 Fighter Aircraft maintenance organization, where he led significant organizational change in culture, standards, and strategy. Establishing mutual trust, communication, and clearly defined expectations with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion were key elements of his ability to lead change.

In his civilian capacity, he served as the North and South America Global Center of Excellence for Defense Leader for KPMG; Deputy Chief of Staff and Program Manager for Enterprise Services with the U.S. Department of Commerce; and Director of Capture Management for a Consulting Firm.

He holds an undergraduate degree in education, a master’s degree in strategic intelligence, and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. In the political arena, he attended a year-long Congressional Fellow’s Program with the U.S. Congress on Capitol Hill and served as Air Force Legislative Liaison for two years after the program while simultaneously earning a Legislative Affairs Certification from Georgetown University.

Reggie is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 30 years of service. He is an ICF Certified Leadership Coach, Certified in both EQ-I and EQ 360 Emotional Intelligence, certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator, and published author of four books.

Along with being extremely creative, his diversity includes fishing, camping, fashion, DJing, and helping others to become the best version of themselves.
